At Kitoto, we know how exciting it is to receive something special for your little one. Whether you're ordering from just down the road or across the globe, we’re committed to delivering your wrap safely, quickly, and beautifully packaged—from our home in Canada to wherever you are.
All orders ship from Canada using trusted carriers like Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and DHL, depending on your location and shipping preference.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat, predictable shipping rates:

Canada (Standard): $9.95 CAD

International: Starting at $18.95 CAD (calculated at checkout by region)

Free Shipping in Canada on all orders over $150 CAD
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.
Order Processing

Orders ship Monday to Friday from Ontario.

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
U.S. & International Orders
We love our global customers! Here’s what to know:

USA: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days via Canada Post/USPS.

Customs & Duties:

USA: No duties typically apply on baby products under $800 USD.

International: Local customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays, Questions, or Concerns?
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ve got your back.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Kitoto, we want you to feel confident and cared for—from the moment you place your order to every cuddle with your baby. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns of unused and unwashed Kitoto wrap baby carriers within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The wrap baby carrier must be in new condition, unwashed, unused, and free from any scents, pet hair, or damage.

All original tags and packaging must be included.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:

We do not accept returns on carriers that have been worn or washed.

Digital/online support services (such as workshops or consultations with third-party babywearing consultants) are non-refundable, as they are not sold directly by Kitoto.
Exchanges (Colour Only)
Ordered the wrong colour? No worries!
We offer colour exchanges for our Kitoto carriers as long as it is still in new, unused condition.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your original product, we’ll ship your new colour.

You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our end.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at admin@musigo.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

We’ll provide return instructions and our mailing address.

Ship the wrap back to us (we recommend tracked shipping).

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or ship your new wrap baby carrier.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product issue or packing error.
Received the Wrong Item or a Faulty Wrap Baby Carrier?
We triple-check every order, but if something slips through, we’ll fix it fast.
If your wrap baby carrier arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@musigo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.
